Trandate® (labetalol hydrochloride) Tablets are adrenergic receptor-blocking agents that has both selective alpha-adrenergic and non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking actions in a single substance. May be used alone or in combination with other anti-hypertensive agents. Recommended initial dose: 100mg twice daily. Usual maintenance dosage: 200mg to 400mg twice daily.
