Tarka® (trandolapril/verapamil ER tablets) is a combination ACE-inhibitor and calcium channel blocker indicated for the treatment of hypertension, but not as initial therapy of hypertension. Recommended maintenance dose: patients receiving trandolapril(up to 8mg) and verapamil(up to 240mg) in separate tablets, administered once daily, may instead wish to receive tablets of Tarka containing the same component dose.
