Product Description:
Indicated as an adjunct to diet when response to a diet restricted in saturated fat, cholesterol and other nonpharmacologic measures alone has been inadequate in patients with primary hyperlipidemia, mixed dyslipidemia or hypertriglyceridemia. Recommended initial dosage: 500mg taken at bedtime. Maintenance dose is 1000mg to 2000mg once daily. Doses should be individualized according to patient response. Active Ingredients: niacin.
