Micardis® HCT (telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide) is a combination of telmisartan, an orally active selective AT1 angiotensin II receptor blocker, and hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic. Indicated for the treatment of hypertension. Usual initial dose: 40mg once daily. Usual maintenance dose range: 20mg to 80mg. Active Ingredients: Telmisartan, hydrochlorothiazide.
