LOPID® (gemfibrozil) Tablets, USP are lipid-regulating agents that decreases serum triglycerides and very low density lipoprotein VLDL cholesterol, and increases high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol. Indicated as adjunctive therapy to diet for treatment of adult patients with Types IV and V hyperlipidemia. Recommended dosage: 1200mg administered in two divided doses 30 mins before the morning and evening meal. Active Ingredients: Gemfibrozil.
