Dilacor XR® (diltiazem hyphochloride) is an extended-release, orally administered calcium channel blocker used in the treatment of hypertension. Recommended initial dosage: 180mg or 240mg once daily. Typical maintenance dosage: 180mg to 480mg once daily. Active Ingredients: Dilitiazem hypochloride.
