CARDIZEM® LA (diltiazem hydrochloride) Extended Release Tablets is a calcium channel blocker indicated for the treatment of hypertension and management of chronic stable angina. Typical initial dose: 180mg to 240mg once daily. Typical daily dose range: 120mg to 540mg. Active Ingredients: diltiazem hydrochloride.
