AVANDARYL™ (rosiglitazone maleate and glimepiride)

Contains two oral antidiabetic drugs used in the management of type 2 diabetes: rosiglitazone maleate, a thiazolidinedione, and glimepiride, a sulfonylurea. Recommended starting dose: 4mg rosiglitazone/1mg glimepiride once daily with the first meal of the day. Maximum recommended daily dose: 8mg rosiglitazone/4mg glimepiride. Active Ingredients: Rosiglitazone maleate, glimepiride.

Tablet: 4mg/1mg, 4mg/2mg, 4mg/4mg, 8mg/2mg, 8mg/4mg (rosiglitazone/glimepiride).
