We recently purchased a GlucoLab glucose monitor but when we opened the box it did not have the test strips. It was suppose to be in the box but was not. When we went back to the store where we purchased, they said it was nothing they could do. Is there anyway you could send us the test strips or a coupon to getthem because we paid for it but it was not in the box. Whats the use of the machine with no strips. Your kind attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
